WORDTOPIA

is a game similar to WR, created by a group
of Word Riot addicts, after we lost Pogo's
original Word Riot game.

Once you have downloaded the (now FREE) version, the first step is to click on their Lobby, where one of their staff will assist you, and you must take a (very short) tour, so you can better enjoy the game.

Each time you open Wordtopia to play, you must first enter the lobby (so that staff can locate you, and your friends can find you. THEN click ROOMS, find ours (OurPlace tourney room), click on the room, and click JOIN at top right, just as you did for the Lobby.

WORDTOPIA has its own staff, is privately owned, and
allows us a tournament room in their game.

While in OurPlace tourney room (We only use it for tournaments.), the format rules of OurPlace are followed.
We also adhere to the courtesy rules of both OurPlace and Wordtopia (i.e., everyone is welcome to join in the play, whether or not a league member.

We are welcome to visit their other rooms, but please remember that some of Wordtopia's format rules are different from ours--please respect their rules and refrain from complaining that they are different from ours. Constant complaining gets very old, very quickly and makes playing more ofa chore than a fun time with friends.
